Kathmandu (Hamro Khelkud) – Nepal Men’s Cricket Team is set to take on the West Indies ‘A’ in a five-match T20 series before the ICC T20 World Cup in June. The Caribbean side is set to visit Nepal for the series that will kick off after the ACC Men’s Premier Cup in Oman.
The series will be held from April 25 to May 5. The team is expected to travel to the USA to prepare for the World Cup after this series.
But before that, Nepal will compete in the Men’s Premier Cup from April 12 to 21. The team is currently in India having won the recently concluded SMS Friendship Cup.
The T20 World Cup is being held in the West Indies and the USA in June. Nepal are in Group D of the 20-team World Cup. Nepal will be pitted against South Africa, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and the Netherlands. Nepal will take on the Netherlands on June 4 to kick off their campaign.
