Modern Indian School is going to participate in the Dana Cup U16 Youth Football Competition 2022 to be held in Hjørring, Denmark. The competition will kick off from July 25 to 31 as per the team manager Naresh Rawal.
93 teams from different countries will participate in the competition which will be based on league cum knockout format. The travelling team consists of 18 players. Prashant Maharjan has been given the responsibility of the Head Coach. The team will fly towards Denmark on July 24 and return back home on August 1 as per the team manager Rawal. The school team had previously participated in the similar competition held in America and China.
Raju Peter, the Principal of Modern Indian bid farewell to the travelling squad amidst a program on Tuesday. He expressed his belief that this kind of cooperation will develop self-confidence in the students due to which their talents can flourish at the international level.
