The International Cricket Council (ICC) released the schedule that features encounters against the two associate nations. Both warm-up matches will take place at the Grand Prairie Cricket Stadium in Texas, with Nepal facing Canada on May 27 and the USA on May 30. Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) announced the squad on Wednesday evening including pacer Kamal Singh Airee and spinner Sagar Dhakal. Nepal have made two changes to the squad that played at the ACC Men's Premier Cup in Oman. Bibek Yadav and Aakash Chand have been replaced by Kamal and Sagar. The jersey was unveiled amid a program held in Kathmandu by the Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) on Monday. Minister of Youth and Sports, Biraj Bhakta Shrestha along with the Member Secretary of the National Sports Council, Tanka Lal Ghising, jointly unveiled the jersey during the program. CAN vice-president Roshan Singh, secretary Paras Khadka and Kelme Nepal's managing director Uttam Neupane were also present at the event. Nepal make up the group alongside these two heavyweights, as well as Bangladesh and the Netherlands, according to the groups and schedule released by the International Cricket Council (ICC) on Friday. Nepal will take on the Netherlands in their first match on June 4, followed by a week-long gap before taking on Sri Lanka on June 11. Both these matches will be held in the USA.
