23-man Nepal Squad To Face England C Announced

Kathmandu (Hamro Khelkud) – Nepal National Football Team squad set to depart to England for two friendlies has been announced. All Nepal Football Federation (ANFA) announced the finalized 23-man squad that will travel to England.

Head coach Vincenzo Alberto Annese will be without the services of stalwart defender Ananta Tamang who will sit this tour out due to an injury.

ANFA bid the team farewell on Monday in the presence of British Ambassador to Nepal Rob Fenn at ANFA Complex, Satdobato.

Nepal will take on the British Army Team on May 3 before taking on the England C team on May 6. Both matches will be played at Aldershot Town Stadium The EBB Stadium in Aldershot, England.

Nepal Squad:

Goalkeepers: Kiran Chemjong, Abhisekh Baral, Bishal Sunar

Defenders: Bimal Panday, Rohit Chand, Chhiring Lama, Abhisekh Limbu, Bishal Basnet, Sanish Shrestha, Saubhagya Rai (Sanjeet), Yogesh Gurung

Midfielders: Fatteman Ghale, Mani Kumar Lama, Laken Limbu, Bharat Khawas, Utsab Rai, Manish Dangi

Forwards: Anjan Bista, Gillespye Jung Karki, Sanjeeb Bista, Dinesh Henjan, Hisub Thapaliya, Sameer Tamang
